Sejent Corporation warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the first date of online product activation.
This warranty is void if the product is improperly installed, altered, misused, damaged, repaired without authorization, or rendered inoperable through means other than from a manufacturing defect in materials and workmanship.
This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or from province to province.
If your product was damaged in transit, file a claim with the carrier. If delivered by UPS call 1-800-PICK-UPS to create a tracer and start a claims process.
If you believe you received a defective product, call (855)242-8783 (85-LAGBUSTER) or email CustomerService@sejent.com for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
You must have your original order number and product identification number (second page of the User Manual) to receive your RMA number.
If your new product is defective, it is covered under the terms of the Ninety (90) Day Limited Warranty. Please refer to the warranty information in the User Manual.

To receive your RMA number, you must provide your product identification number (serial number) which is on the underside of the LagBuster, or on the second page of the User Manual.
